अनुदात¦ mfn. (-त्तः-त्ता-त्तं) Unaccented. m. (-त्तः) One of the three accents to be observed in reading the Vedas, the grave accent. E. अन् neg. उत् high, and आत्त pronounced, from दा to give, आङ् pre- fixed, to speak, and क्त affixed: pronouncing the vowels in a low and full tone.
