पृष्ठभागोऽयं यन्त्रेण केनचित् काले काले मार्जयित्वा यथास्रोतः परिवर्तयिष्यते। तेन मा भूदत्र शोधनसम्भ्रमः। सज्जनैः मूलमेव शोध्यताम्।

--कामाक्षि the first cause, called also अन्ता; then became शुद्धपरा with two hands with योगमुद्र and book in them; the next was परापर with lotus in her right hand and the left placed on the left thigh. This is at काञ्ची. Br. IV. ३९. 9-१४.
