BṚHATSENĀ : A female attendant of Damayantī. Mention is made in Mahābhārata, Vana Parva, Chapter 60, that when Nala was defeated in the game of dice, Dama- yantī sent Bṛhatsenā to inform the ministers about the defeat of the King.
