Vaṁśagulma : m.: Name of a tīrtha.
It is the source of the rivers Śoṇa and Narmadā (śoṇasya narmadāyāś ca prabhave…/vaṁśagulme); by bathing there (upaspṛśya) one gets the fruit of a horse sacrifice (Vājimedha) 3. 83. 9.
