(I)--a king of Trigarttas and the prince a vassal of युधिष्ठिर: went to स्यमन्तपञ्चक for the solar eclipse. भा. X. ५२. ११ [१४]; ८२. २६.
(II)--a कण्व king after नारायण was killed by his servant, a वृषल and आन्ध्र ja1ti1ya, who usurped the kingdom. After some time his brother कृष्ण, became king: ruled for four years (ten years म्। प्।); फलकम्:F1: भा. XII. 1. २०, २२-3; M. २७२. ३५; २७३. 1-2; Br. III. ७४. १५९.फलकम्:/F a son of [page३-673+ २५] नारायण; with him the कण्व dynasty came to an end; killed by his servant Balipucchaka, an Andhra. ^2 वा. ९९. ३४६-48; Vi. IV. २४. ४१-3.

SUŚARMAN II : A Pāñcāla warrior who fought on the Pāṇḍava side in the great war. He was harassed in various ways by Bhīṣma and was ultimately killed by Karṇa. (Karṇa Parva, Chapter 56, Verse 46).
