पृष्ठभागोऽयं यन्त्रेण केनचित् काले काले मार्जयित्वा यथास्रोतः परिवर्तयिष्यते। तेन मा भूदत्र शोधनसम्भ्रमः। सज्जनैः मूलमेव शोध्यताम्।


अश्वमेधिकः, पुं, (अश्वमेधाय हितः । अश्वमेध + ठक्, ठन् वा ।) अश्वमेधयागोपयुक्तघोटकः । इति जटाधरः ॥ (क्लीवलिङ्गे स्वनामख्यातं महा- भारतान्तर्गतं चतुर्द्दशपर्ब्ब । यथा, -- “ततोऽश्वमेधिकं पर्ब्ब सर्वपापप्रणाशनम्” । “ततोऽश्वमेधिकं पर्ब्ब प्रोक्तं तच्च चतुर्दशम्” ।)
