(I)--a Mt. in कुशद्वीप, after which the island is named. Br. II. १९. १३९; M. १२३. ३७. [page१-414+ ३०]

(II)--(कुशनाभ): performed austeri- ties for १००० years for a son; Indra the १००० eyed offered himself to be born his son. वा. ९१. ६३-5.

Mentioned by Saṁjaya as the mountain of Kuśadvīpa, which lies to the north of the Bhāratavarṣa 6. 13. 6, 1.
