पृष्ठभागोऽयं यन्त्रेण केनचित् काले काले मार्जयित्वा यथास्रोतः परिवर्तयिष्यते। तेन मा भूदत्र शोधनसम्भ्रमः। सज्जनैः मूलमेव शोध्यताम्।

--came into being in Treta and partook the अम्श of Hari to protect Dharma. Their seven रत्नस्-- cakra, ratha, मणि, sword, carma, Ketu, and nidhi (some include wife, horse and elephant and leave out sword and Ketu) and seven creatures: wife, purohita, सेनानि, rathakrit, mantri, अश्व and kalabha; had the attributes of विष्णु; they enjoyed trivarga, fame and success, ऐश्वर्य like अणिम and Prabhu शक्ति; learned and pure; entertained with their prowess sages, gods, devils, men, etc.; bodily characte- [page१-573+ २९] ristics of; legs with the symbol of wheel and fish, hands with conch and lotus. फलकम्:F1: Br.
